The Red Stick Ringers have been together since the fall of 2003. They perform both sacred and secular music. They have given concerts at area churches, the Baton Rouge Main Street Market, the Old State Capitol Building, Magnolia Mound Plantation, West Baton Rouge Museum, Sounds of the Season in Port Allen, and the Louisiana Arts and Science Museum. In 2005, they participated in the "Sounds of the Community" concert sponsored by the Greater Baton Rouge Federation of Churches and Synagogues. Each December, beginning in 2005, the ringers give an informal concert in the River Center lobby prior to the Baton Rouge Ballet's production of the "The Nutcracker". The Red Stick Ringers have also rung as part of the Baton Rouge Symphony's Christmas Chamber Series concerts in Baton Rouge, St. Francisville, and Natchez, MS. Most recently, they participated in the Area VI Handbell Festival - Magnolia Ring - Mississippi June 2013.
